Overview Employer Interviews - Virtual

Volunteers act as the ‘Employer’ and have a 10minute virtual interview with the student(s) who are the ‘applicant(s)’. Volunteers will be given a list of suggest questions to ask the student and at the end will provide verbal and written feedback on students’ performance.

The employer interviews give students the opportunity to experience a mock interview as an applicant and develop the employability skills they will need to get into the world of work.
