We require businesses and professionals to volunteer at Purbrook Park School for a CSI day for year 8 students.

Students will work in groups as investigators to solve a crime that has been committed; they will take part in interviews of suspects, forensic workshops and a visit to a crime scene.

Volunteers are required to support the students in their classrooms using employability skills such as teamwork, communication and problem solving to piece together evidence and help them to prepare their presentation in the mock trial at the end of the day.

What is required from you

We're keen to have people that are or have been a PCSO, work in the police force or work in forensics. Or students that are studying CSI or similar courses.

  • You just need to turn up on the day 8.15am - 3.00pm to help facilitate the workshops.
