Overview

Your company can be a part of inspiring the next generation by allowing your staff to support schools in-person or virtually to deliver a Your Future event(s) with EBP South.

You Future is a programme of events that have been designed to connect young people to the world of work and help them to develop the essential employability skills for their future. The skills the develop over the programme are part of the Employable Me skills that have been identified as key skills young people need for the work place alongside their education.

From our experience students engage more with businesses and professionals, seeing them as a real link to work, which is why employer led interactions have such high successful outcomes.

Employable Me

These are the skills the Your Future programme helps young people to develop. They are key to supporting young people with their careers; businesses future employees; and the future economy.
