Trustee Positions - EBP South EBP South is a charity whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people for the world of work. We do this by connecting young people directly with businesses and their employees through a range of programmes and events such as work experience, career inspiration events, employability workshops and mentoring. We work across Hampshire County and have a main office based in Portsmouth and a second one in Basingstoke. This is an exciting time for our charity as we are working with a national organization, Pilotlight, to set a new 5-year strategic plan. www.ebpsouth.co.uk We are looking for up to 2 new Trustees from a business or education background, ideally at least one of whom will come from a business based in the Basingstoke area. All trustees are expected to: Work collectively to set the strategic direction of EBP South/Basingstoke Consortium. Represent and be an ambassador for EBP South/Basingstoke Consortium throughout your own networks. Support the organisation to achieve its income targets and to prepare and meet budgets. Ensure good governance. Carry out all fiduciary duties. Bring their own time, energy and networks to the table to support EBP South objectives.
