EBP South links businesses with young people to help them raise awareness of careers in their industries and create an empowered future workforce. Our forward-thinking approach allows businesses to strengthen their recruitment pipeline by engaging young people whilst they are considering their future career options. Starting in primary school, we provide opportunities for engaging with future employees. In these challenging times, our partnership serves as a central point of contact for businesses and schools, which has never been more crucial.
We offer a number of options from sponsorship and exhibiting at events to Work Experience. Our work enables businesses to engage with their local communities, identifying and addressing skills gaps and helping young people to develop the soft skills needed to flourish in a working environment. We also have spaces for volunteering at events in schools which can help with CPD and support staff well being.
