Get Inspired 2025 - Schools' Booking Form

This is a hands-on event with businesses and education providers running activities for young people to engage with whilst also gaining an insight into different job roles and careers they could aspire to. It also meets Gatsby Benchmarks 2, 4, 5 and 7. It is important that students are given a chance to ask employers questions and to expand the number of careers they know about, so that they begin to develop informed choices from their exploration of the different opportunities available to them. Please fill out this form if you would like any pupils of year groups aged 11-16 to attend Get Inspired. It is FREE to attend with places being offered on a first-come first-serve basis. It is recommended you attend the event for up to 2 hours.

Students Attending

We recommend attending the event for up to 2 hours. If transport is limited you can request to bring one group of students and return and then come back with a second group of students. Please ensure students do not bring bags or coats into the venue.

Terms and Conditions

At this event it will be the school responsibility to: · To ensure staff attending have been given all the information about the event. · Provide appropriate staffing levels to supervise students and take responsibility for all duty of care aspects and management of student behaviour · Brief students and school staff prior to the event · Advise of any specific dietary requirements, medical conditions or disabilities · Ensure that, where necessary parental permissions have been sought (e.g. for off-site activities/photographs/food) · Organise and fund any necessary transport to and from the event · Complete and return evaluations essential for impact measurement Photographs/Filming may be taken at this event for use in promotional and marketing materials. Please ensure parental consent is obtained, or advise on the day regarding students who cannot be photographed. Cancellation Charges This event is free of charge, however, in the event of cancellation of your school’s attendance or a significant reduction in attendee numbers there will be a £250 fee.
