Mentoring opportunities

Mentors come from a range of different backgrounds and industries and are given specialist training. It doesn't matter if you haven't done it before and you can be working at any level in any job in any industry.

Our Activate Mentoring Programme is 1-1 mentoring designed to improve students’ motivation, attendance and confidence to raise aspirations. It takes place during term-time.

You'll be mentoring a young person in year 9, 10 or 11
Free mentoring training is provided
Takes place in the school
The process is managed by EBP South
You'll provide impartial advice
