Work Experience provides young people with the opportunity to experience what it is like to be in a work place, learning about an industry, and gaining an insight into potential future careers.

The Leadership Team manage the many different services EBP South offers to schools and businesses whilst ensuring they are bringing EBP South's mission to life.
Trustee Directors

The trustees do an amazing job of supporting EBP South. They are responsible for the general control and management of the charity.
Project Team

The Project Team organise educational events and provide a link between businesses and schools.
Career Development Team

EBP South provides careers education, information, advice and guidance services for schools, led by high quality, qualified and experienced staff.
Support Team

The support team provide the central services for the business which include finance, marketing, HR and admin.
Work Experience Team

EBP South provide work experience placements for schools across the Solent region. This includes both block (1 week or 2 weeks) placements; as well as extended work experience placements.
