This is a one day event that is being repeated for a second day to allow maximum capacity. Students can attend one of the two days. Some schools bring a different class each day due to transport/staffing - if you would like to do this please complete two forms. Event Timings Arrival and finishing times will be slightly staggered 0900-1400, 0930-1430 or 1000-1500. Students will be required to stay for the duration of the event and will be required to bring a packed lunch for which they will have a 30 minute lunch break to eat it in. Payment Details There is a cost of £10.00 per student to attend the event. The cancellation terms are: Cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to the event: 25% of total cost Cancellation between 2 to 6 weeks prior to the event: 50% of total cost. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 100% of total cost. Non-attendance of the day of the event: 100% of total cost of £250, whichever is higher.

School's Responsibilities At this event it will be the school/college’s responsibility to: · Arrive with students already divided into groups of 6-10. The ratio of 1 teacher to every 10 pupils will apply. · Ensure students and teachers bring a packed lunch that can be eaten within the 30-minute lunch break. · Take responsibility for all duty of care aspects and management of student behaviour. · Brief students and school staff prior to the event. · Ensure that, where necessary parental permissions have been sought (e.g. for off-site activities/photographs/food). · Organise and fund any necessary transport to and from the event. · Complete and return evaluations essential for impact measurement. Events Outside of our Control EBP South will not be liable or responsible for any failure to deliver services that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a "Force Mejeure Event"). If this was to happen the supplier would make every effort possible to find an alternative means of delivery. Photographs/Filming Photography and filming will be take place at this event for use in promotional and marketing materials. Please ensure parental consent is obtained, or advise of the day regarding students who cannot be photographed.
