EBP South (Inc. Basingstoke Consortium) are the specialist brokers between schools and businesses – we have 20 years’ experience of delivering both large scale events and flexible bespoke programmes in-person and virtually for schools across Hampshire and surrounding areas. 

Our Offer to Schools

EBP South (Inc. Basingstoke Consortium) provide a fully comprehensive in-person and virtual service to support your careers programme to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and  government’s statutory requirement for careers in schools.

Our mission is to inspire and prepare young people for the world of work. Our partnerships and extensive networks with employers ensure that we have up to date labour market information and provide opportunities for your students to meet with employers.

By working closely with local and national employers, Sixth Form, FE, Apprenticeship/Traineeship Providers, and HE, we’re able to support your students in showing them the different career options and pathways available locally and nationally. We are a Matrix accredited organisation, a NCVO Approved Provider for Mentoring and Befriending and have the National Standard for work experience organiser.

EBP Souths careers services are linked to Gatsby Benchmarks so you can easily tailor the package to ensure your school is meeting the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks required. We can provide one-to-one support with this, if you would like more information please contact us.

We can provide a bespoke in-person and virtual work related learning service to your school, ranging from a one-off work related learning event in school through to providing a tailored careers education, information, advice and guidance package. We provide lower rates for 2 and 3 year Service Level agreements.
