Blake Morgan is keen to increase social mobility in our communities and raise awareness of different routes to law. We find that “Get Inspired” is a great way to reach out to as many students as possible.
Our apprentices enjoy getting out of the office and meeting students from the schools they have recently left. It helps them to gain experience of organising events and speaking to new people about our organisation. It’s a very rewarding experience.
The students were shown a wide variety of career options which they might not have been exposed to otherwise. They had the opportunity to ask questions and interact which hopefully built their confidence and understanding of options after school. This could give them a focus on a career they would like, or reassurance that there are a wide variety of choices available.
