This dynamic event connects local businesses with the next generation, inspiring 11–16-year-olds to explore the amazing career opportunities available right here in Southampton and the New Forest. Did you know that by age 15 or 16, over a third of young people are focused on just 10 job roles? Together, we can broaden their horizons and show them what’s possible.
We’re calling on businesses like yours to help showcase the diverse and exciting careers in our region. Through hands-on, interactive activities, you’ll give young people and their families a real insight into your industry and the future they could have in it.

There is a cost to attend. The cost to exhibit is £320+VAT per event (unless exempt). Uniformed Public Services, Event Partners and Sponsors are exempt from payment.
