You are very welcome to attend more than one event. Unless exempt there is a cost to attend. The cost to exhibit is £300+VAT per event. The two Get Inspired Basingstoke days class as one event and you can attend both days for the £300 fee. The same applies for the Solent Primary Schools' STEM Fair where you can attend both days for £300.

Organisations that are exempt are charities, uniformed public services and organisations with less than 50 staff members.

Event Partner- £5,000+VAT

An Event Partner will want to be at the forefront of providing young people with essential opportunities to connect them to businesses and recognise a collaborative approach from different industries has a higher impact and creates more opportunities for young people. As the headline partner your organisation will become the official partner of the event with your organisation named in the title e.g. ‘Get Inspired Portsmouth in Partnership with YOUR ORGANISATION’.

• Announcement of event partnership and promotion on our social media channels
• Invitation to speak at VIP event on the day (if there is one)
• Free exhibition stand and first choice of exhibition space
• Additional exhibiting space provided
• Event partner digital logo for use on your website, emails and social media channels
• Named event partner for on the day event material, PR and post event material
• Named event partner on the infographic which shows the impact of the event
• Logo and named event partner on our website event page
• Quote from your company on our post event press release
• Event partnership article in our bi-monthly newsletter

Event Sponsor- £3,000+VAT

A sponsor is a forward thinking organisation looking to invest in their future talent and work collectively to help increase the aspirations of young people. The event sponsor is recognised during and after the event.

• Announcement of event sponsorship and promotion on our social media channels
• Invitation to VIP event on the day (if there is one)
• Free exhibition stand and choice of exhibition space
• Event sponsor digital logo for use on your website, emails and social media channels
• Logo on the on the day event material, PR and post event material
• Logo on the infographic which shows the impact of the event
• Logo on our website event page

• Exhibitor places are allocated on receipt of your activity form. Booking is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
• A few larger areas may be available upon request.
• At Get Inspired Events refreshments and lunch are not provided but will be available to purchase. Do ensure you schedule in your own breaks and lunchtime throughout the day.
• At STEM events lunch is provided.
• At Get Inspired events schools will book in 2 hour slots and therefore, footfall and the flow of visitors should be steady throughout the day.
• Exhibitors will need to fund their own travel to and from the venue and cover parking costs if free onsite parking is not available.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The fee is non-refundable and due to be paid in full at least 28 days prior to the event.
If you are exempt from payment and pull out of the event there will be a cancellation charge of £100.
2. At this event it is the organisation's responsibility to ensure their stand is adequately staffed throughout the day and that staff are briefed prior to the event.
3. You must not take any photos of students where you can identify them as not giving consent (students who have not given consent will be wearing no photo lanyards or stickers).
4. You must have public liability insurance that covers your attendance and activity.
5. You must Risk Assess your activity and inform EBP South if there is any significant risk.
6. All electrical equipment brought to the event must be PAT tested.
7. Exhibitor's must complete and return evaluations at the end of the event.
8. Exhibitors must provide an activity related to their organisation, industry or a job role within their industry at the event. At Get Inspired this activity should be around 2-3 mins long. At STEM events this should be 25 minutes long. It should engage the students and help them learn about your business or industry.
